The Squads

We've decided to set up a Squad organization. But what's that? A Squad is a team, multidisciplinary autonomous, made up of members with various skills, gathered around a common objective. This organization fosters agility, innovation and responsiveness, enabling each team to make quick decisions and easily adapt to changing market needs. Thanks to this structure, our Squads work closely together while retaining the flexibility needed to achieve optimal results. At Reboot, there are two categories of Squads.

Creative Squads

These multidisciplinary teams focus on innovation and the development of new solutions, exploring innovative ideas to create high value-added products or services.

Our OKR

We're not stopping there! To increase our efficiency tenfold, we've introduced OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).

OKRs are simple and powerful: they allow us to clearly define what we want to achieve and how to measure our success

Key Results, meanwhile, are specific quantitative measures that tell us whether we're achieving our goals. They are precise, measurable and help us to stay focused on what really matters.
